CT current transformer

€22.00

A current transformer (CT) is a device used to measure alternating current (AC). It converts high current values into smaller, safe-to-handle signals that can be accurately read by the inverter and monitoring systems. This makes it possible to reliably measure electricity consumption and generation without touching high-current circuits.

When used with KSTAR Blue-G inverters, the CT helps monitor energy flow, optimise system performance and collect data for analysis. Connected to a solar PV system, it enables more precise control of the balance between generated and consumed energy and supports functions such as limiting excess export to the grid (zero-export).
